Book of Remembrance and Plant & Flower Fund Booklets – It’s time again to renew your dedications from last year or place a new dedication in this year’s booklets. Order forms are due back to the main office by Monday, August 4. The booklets will be distributed to everyone during the High Holy Days.

Guided Meditation & Sound Bath Class – No Class on June 2. - 7:00pm on Mondays with Bryon Abrams. Join us for guided imagery & relaxation meditation with sequential breathing & focus to reduce stress using Tibetan singing bowls. Bring your own mat and dress comfortably. No fee to attend, but donations are welcome.
Qigong/Tai Chi – Tuesday & Thursdays at 2:30pm and Wednesdays at 11am. Join certified instructor Bryon Abrams as he teaches us mind-body practices and mindfulness meditation to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, decrease anxiety, depression & fatigue. Donations appreciated. Walk-ins welcome!

Gift of Life Bone Marrow Swabbing Drive – Stem cell donors needed for the Gift of Life Marrow Registry. So far we have 135 Matches! Donors swab the inside of their cheeks and complete a registration form, must be 18 to 59 years old and in good health. Volunteers are also needed for a couple of hours to help find someone’s match. Contact Sherrill Murray-Lazarus to volunteer at [email protected]. The upcoming swabbing dates are below:
